The Milford High School seniors were recently treated to a full day of Apply2College Day events. The morning started out with each senior applying to a college or celebrating a military or employment opportunity. Eight college representatives and MHS staff assisted each senior as they applied to one or more colleges of interest. As seniors completed applications, they were celebrated by ringing a bell for each application while those in attendance cheered them on. Seniors signed banners of each college they applied to which is currently on display in the hallway near the South Gym. Photos were taken of each senior with some of the college pennants they applied to. The smiles of accomplishment and relief of this process helps to make each college process a little easier throughout the year and rewarded by a cupcake. Seniors also wrote notes of gratitude to staff members and presented them with cupcakes as a token of their appreciation for helping throughout the years and preparations for life after MHS.
