Throughout the year, Mrs. Mowinkel visits the three #milfordsoar kindergarten classrooms to teach technology. The students recently finished a project where the students authored and illustrated their first digital counting books with the Book Creator app. The kindergarteners learned how to create a portrait book, type the title of the book, write numbers, and add emojis as the counting objects. Once the books were created the students recorded their voices while reading the book. The students finished their projects by sharing the books with their families via Seesaw.
Mrs. Mowinkel stated, “Seeing the students’ confidence grow throughout the process was inspiring. The excitement the students displayed brought a huge smile to all of the teachers!”
